PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

For all our new patients we take the payment for the appointments upfront to secure the booking.  We can take the payment in person or over the phone while booking the appointments, and we also can accept a BACS payment.

 

For patients booking in for treatment, we take a 20% deposit to secure the booking.

 

For any failed appointments or less than 24 hours notice cancellations, we reserve the right to retain the payment on account to help to cover the empty surgery time.
